About Stormey
Stormey has found his home with his foster mom. She just could not resist his big, teddy bear existence. Congratulations!
Light Riding: Stormy is 18 years old, 18+ hands tall, worked his whole life at one Amish farm. When stormy started to show signs of soreness his owner retired him from work. He was welcomed into Happy Trails Amish Retirement Program, and received a full lameness and wellness evaluation. Stormy has ringbone in both front legs and receives Prevacox daily, and Bute twice a week as directed by the vet. He would love a home where he could receive a lot of love and attention. He would also appreciate a small job of some sort, but definitely something light, and no more plowing! He has not been trained for riding, however, he has been ridden very lightly.
