Dexter arrived at the Sanctuary on July 12th and prior to that he had a disturbing fate as no-one but meat buyers bid on this big man. He is gentle and quiet given his size and we are more then ready to see him blossom. He has many scrapes on him, a wobbly backend, and a lot of groceries are needed for his full recovery. He is currently being treated for EPM. Standby, we are SURE this gentle giant will be healthy within a few months!
