July 7, 2017: Happy to report another foster failure as Mustang Sally has officially been adopted. Has it been easy? Probably not. But thanks to the dedication of her new mom, Mustang Sally has settled in and now has her very own family.
March 21, 2017: Today was bittersweet as we sent off our beloved Mustang Sally. She has traveled to her new pasture where she will pal around with the most gorgeous TWH ever! Please send prayers, if all goes well in this situation, this will become her forever home. Thank you to the wonderful couple who is taking her in!
Mahoning County responders arrived at a working fire of a residence. Once the fire was under control, not only had it gutted the family home, it shed light on seven horses kept in a small pole building with no food, water or hay. Their conditions were cold, wet and unsanitary and the horses were definitely in need of rescue from their situation.
Ridable: Mustang Sally is a sassy, stubborn, and very intelligent mare looking for a forever friend. She has been ridden at the sanctuary and will be suitable for a rider with experience or a rider and trainer.
