August 18, 2015: This past week we said good-bye to Dulce, a sweet, elderly pot belly piggy, whose age got the better of her. Dulce lived at the sanctuary, and enjoyed quiet naps, snuggling with her best pig friend, Jolie, and special sugary treats. She was loved by all staff and volunteers and her long-time sponsors, and spoiled rotten until the very end. May she be enjoying a world where she is free from pain.
