February 14, 2014: Jason the rooster seemed to have some emotional issues that he was dealing with after he survived being a part of the evil world of cockfighting. He did not do great in the rooster barn with all other hens and roosters. He would pace frantically and wear his feathers off his chest. He seemed to be more at peace being the only chicken in the area, thus resulting in his relocation to the goat/sheep barn, where he seemed to enjoy the company of his goat and pig friends. Jason is the rooster lost in the tragic fire at Happy Trails.
