January 21, 2016: Sadly, we have had to say goodbye to Sueno, our sweet and lovable little gelding friend. We tried our best with cortisone shots, and boots and chiropractic work and Reiki and medications, but Sueno had a progressively worse time with his heaves and also with the function of his back legs. The decision was made with his foster mom of the last few months, our placement coordinator and our veterinarian to let him go. If you are so moved, donations in his honor can be made to help with his final costs. Rest easy, little buddy.
