Star is a gorgeous Morgan mare that came to Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary from the Amish Retirement Program. She is very sound at the estimated age of around 20 and has a stocky build. Star gets along with other horses and does well in her stall. She is broke to ride and a blast to ride around on. We feel Star is best fit for a confident beginner or intermediate rider because she does still have some prance in her step and can be a bit “looky” ,although, she rarely spooks. She stands well in the cross ties and to be saddled. She lowers her head for the bridal and is overall easy going. Star is an easy keeper and has good ground manners as well.
