This week’s featured animals are the California hens! After rescuing 240 of these lovely girls from an egg farm in California last year, we are down to only 14! These girls were flown from California to Farm Sanctuary in New York where a crew from Happy Trails met them to pick some of them up and help find them homes. They are white leghorns. Let’s try and get all these girls home before the winter!
