May 29, 2019: Dakota happily allowed a rider on his back and walked around quietly. He could make your family an excellent riding partner. We will continue his training as he stays at the Sanctuary until he finds his lucky new family. How amazing!
Dakota was retired to Happy Trails through the Amish Retirement program. He is almost totally blind, but adjusts well and is a very sweet gelding. He gets along with all other horses well and has good ground manners. He goes out into the pasture quietly and is also stalled without any issues. Dakota is an easy keeper with good hooves. He deserves a phenomenal home to adopt of foster him.
