Just ask Happy Trails newest resident, a very sweet, kind
and gentle pig, who just arrived at the sanctuary this past Monday, September
28th. Witnesses in Trumbull County watched in horror as this gentle creature
fell from the slaughter-bound truck and onto the highway. Here's her story.

Rescued Deerfield Horses Now Available For Adoption!

The 15 rescued Deerfield horses have officially been signed
over to Happy Trails, and the recovering horses are now available for
adoption! Five have already been adopted by their foster homes, so ten
