We are very excited to announce that Happy Trails will be hosting a half-hour radio show twice a week which will begin airing on Saturday, Nov. 7th!

WSOM AM-600  (K105's AM sister station) out of Boardman

WHEN:

Saturday's 9:30am to 10:00am and
Sunday's 10:00am to 10:30am

ABOUT THE STATION: 

• WSOM reaches over 45,000 listeners/consumers per week
• WSOM reaches 4 counties, and serves the greater Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and Stark county markets

OUR GOAL:

Our goal is to reach an audience that we normally would not have access to here in Ohio. We will provide information, education, and opportunities for people to learn about not only the animal rescue services that Happy Trails provides, but will also talk about proper animal care and examine the animal cruelty issues that we deal with here in Ohio. Our topics will be endless, covering everything from animal rescue, rehabilitation and adoptions, to proper care for your pet farm animals and horses, to Ohio's animal cruelty laws, to how people can get involved in their own communities to help identify and prevent animal abuse.

SHOW HOST: 

The show host will be Happy Trails Executive Director, Annette Fisher. She will be welcoming special guests such as veterinarians, animal rescue workers, individuals who have adopted and fostered rescued animals, humane officers and other folks involved with Happy Trails and farm animal rescue and rehab.

SPONSORS:

Happy Trails is actively seeking sponsors for our program to help offset our costs. Individuals or businesses are welcome to sponsor a single show or a series of shows.

Sponsorship Costs:

$50 - per single show

$100 - for both shows for a weekend

$400 - for an entire month (8 shows)

Your kind sponsorship donation will help us reach an audience and provide an outreach and networking system for over 47,000 people who will now receive the message of kindness and compassion for all animals through the new Happy Trails radio programs.
