PHOTOS AND COMPLETE STORY TO COME!
Who's available for adoption?
TURKEYS
• Thomas Edison — older, arthritic, beautiful domestic brown/black colored male
• Drambui — younger, beautifully colored male
DUCKS
• A group of four males — all beautifully colored mixes — hang out together and are best buds — just like a group of frat boys! they ar seeking a home where they can party and stay together!
• A group of four Pekin ducks — One female and three males. Friends who are every devoted to each other, they would like a place where they can swim, hang out, and root around in the grass at their leisure.
GEESE
• Four assorted geese who have appointed themselves as the keepers of the yard, are looking for a home to serve and protect! Three are absolutely beautiful gray Toulouse-mixes - with one being a curly-feathered gray - an unusual mix! There is also one white goose. There is one gray female and the other three are males. Better than gaurd dogs, these geese will be happy to alert to you to intruders, unwanted family members, strange animals in the neighborhood, and will help remind you if it's time for feeding!
CHICKENS
• Several gorgeous roosters are seeking a yard where they can peck and scratch and take fun dust baths in the summer. One is prettier than the next, and along with the Lorain County roosters, there are plenty to choose from.
• Hens — Most of the hens are in the process of being adopted as we speak. If you are interested in adopting hens as pets, feel free to contact us and we can let you know if any will still be available for adoption.
For more adoption information, call Happy Trails at (330) 296-5914 and ask for an adoption counselor to return your call!
