Pumba, along with a bunch of other pot belly pigs who are currently residents of Happy Trails, are in need of caring adoptive families. Here is Pumba's Animal-Of-The-Week flier, but he wants you to remember that he's not the only pot belly needing a home!

This week our "Animals Of The Week" are Sophie, a beautiful Standardbred mare, and Sonny and Cher, two very funny, comical white Pekin ducks. Please help pass along these fliers to appropriate homes (No open ponds for the ducks, please!).

Please help us find caring homes for the following animals who are now available for adoption — Fraiser and Niles, two extremely handsome male goats; a beautiful little chesnut Quarter horse year and half old filly with one blue eye; a precious year and half old black and white paint filly who was nearly starved to death; and a family of sheep! Just ask Happy Trails newest resident, a very sweet, kind and gentle pig, who just arrived at the sanctuary this past Monday, September 28th. Witnesses in Trumbull County watched in horror as this gentle creature fell from the slaughter-bound truck and onto the highway. Here's her story.

The 15 rescued Deerfield horses have officially been signed over to Happy Trails, and the recovering horses are now available for adoption!  Five have already been adopted by their foster homes, so ten still remain in need of permanent, loving homes. Ten year old mini horse, Bingo, is scheduled to have his injured eye removed at OSU next Wednesday. Here's his story!

Meet Happy Trails newest goat resident, Kenard! Networking with other rescue organizations is what we strive to do at Happy Trails, so working together with Geauga County's Humane Society, Rescue Village, to find Kenard a home is a given!  Check him out!

A rather handsome, solid black, 10 year old mini horse gelding arrived at Happy Trails this past Sunday, June 28th. He is fun and energetic and will make a simply fantastic new family member for some lucky folks — here's his info!

Meet Pedro and Vito, two simply adorable rescued baby goats, who would LOVE to be adopted together. We have a great flier on them to share. If you aren't ready to adopt goats, can you please help us spread the word?
